Branding and logos are our first love. The goal here is to discover and then communicate a compelling story that resonates with your audience. Whether it's a simple logo for your start-up, or a full brand suite - we can do it.
Clean and clear design, coupled with content that you can update (if you choose). We focus on small to medium-sized businesses, crafting single-page, multi-page, or e-commerce sites that are as unique as your business. First we map out your needs and ensure a great user experience, then add basic SEO so Google knows where the party's at! No time to write content - we can cover that for you. We build your custom website on Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify – all robust fully hosted platforms that are easy to manage and maintain.

We've designed original packaging for winemakers, artisan bakers, gourmet creators and more. Through careful strategy, we'll discover how to make your product stand out while being true to your brand. We can handle print duties too, from digital through to bespoke letterpress finishes.
All the extras to spread your brand message in the world: business cards, ads, magazine layouts, brochures, stickers, billboards, signage, flyers and posters. Wait, there’s more…
Sometimes a clever little graphic can replace a dozen words and get the concept across quickly. We've made a lot of unique icons and user interface (UI) graphics to help tell the brand story.
Writing clearly, concisely, and effectively goes hand in hand with good visual design. We can help you craft your message with precision and impact. From headlines & bi-lines, to full website copy, or editing your own copy, we have a knack for keeping the words simple and message clear.

FAQ
A typical branding process takes 6 – 8 weeks, although the time-frame may shift depending on our respective workloads. Your timely feedback at key stages is crucial; otherwise, delivery may be delayed. That said, we recognise the constraints faced by owner-operators and are flexible to accommodate your pace.
Of course! We regularly work with clients outside New Zealand. We can video chat using Zoom, Skype, or Facetime. Work will be presented either via a shared screen Zoom call or through PDFs via email, along with accompanying notes. Working across time zones doesn’t impact the project’s duration.
Content is king, but it can take time to pull together all the words and pictures that will tell your brand’s story. If you don’t have professionally written copy, we can create concise and clearly written content that suits your brand. This will be priced for you before we start the project. Professional photography is key to carrying your message convincingly. We can source high quality free or low-cost imagery, and if budget allows, we can brief a professional photographer to quote.
Yes, 50% of the project fee is required to commence your project, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion. Your payment secures your spot in our schedule. This fee is non-refundable.
The deliverables you’ll receive are based on the agreed pricing and project brief. It’s essential to provide as much information as possible before finalising these details. We pin this down in the initial project questionnaire and discussion. Should you require more design options or additional rounds of revisions beyond the quoted amount, these be charged at our hourly rate.
Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars, without GST. For services provided to businesses within New Zealand, GST (goods and services tax) will be added on top of the listed prices. If you are located outside of New Zealand, GST will not be applied.

We'll start with a call to sound out your needs and agree on a time frame. I'll send you a summary, to make sure we’re all on the same page.
We put together a detailed cost estimate: project details, deliverables and timeline.
We send you a contract to sign. You’ll need to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to start the project.
Together we'll dig a bit deeper, and find out everything about your project. We send you these notes, which will form the basis of the strategy of the project. If it's a website we're working on, we'll outline the spec including the content, features and navigation.
Design
It starts with sketches and rough ideas — focusing on the big picture rather than the details. We aim to develop these ideas until they start to feel 'real.' I'll refine the most promising concepts for your review, presenting one or two initial directions, but sometimes more. We believe in quality over quantity, so we won't overwhelm you with a flood of mediocre designs just to hit a target number. Instead, we'll concentrate on the most suitable concepts, iterating on the best one until it aligns with our goals.
We'll send you concepts in PDF, with notes, and we will review together via video chat or email. You’ll view the designs either through a shared screen video call or by email. We will ask for your feedback, consolidated into one email, document, or call. This is the first of (typically) two rounds of revision included in our pricing.
We'll further refine one design concept based on your feedback from the Concept phase. We’re getting close! We then present this to you for your review and sign-off (round two of your feedback).
Deliver
We go full throttle into production mode: brand guides, digital assets and master files are produced. For print and packaging jobs we’ll source quotes and prepare artwork.
Coffee is drunk.
For websites, once the test site is approved we get to work behind the curtain to get ready for launch. This can include domains, basic SEO, testing, forms etc.
More coffee…
Over to you! We’ll check back in at the end and see if anything needs a final tweak. There’s always room in the process for adjustments and inclusion of things we discover on the way. You’ll need to pay the 50% balance of the project fee before receiving final files, and/or website launch.
